Book the Ōmokoroa FC Clubrooms
Our clubrooms are available to hire for private functions like birthday parties, family gatherings, and small community get-togethers. The space is a large open hall with a kitchen, right by the lower fields at Western Ave, and holds up to 127 people.
The clubrooms are a community facility, so bookings need to suit that kind of use. If you’re not sure whether your event fits, or you’re a group looking to use the space regularly, please get in touch first.
Hire rate: $25 per hour (GST included).
How to book:
- Scroll down to our booking form.
- Find the day you’d like in the calendar below and click or tap on it.
- The calendar shows days that already have a booking, but not the times. Once you click a day, you’ll see which times are taken. Most days aren’t booked out completely, so there’s usually room around an existing booking.
- Once you’ve picked your day, scroll down to the booking form. Enter your start and finish times and your details, and send it through.
- We’ll email you to confirm your booking, with the amount payable and our bank details. Your booking isn’t held until you get that confirmation.
On your phone: the calendar can be a bit tricky to read on a small screen. Tap the day you want, then scroll down the page to find the booking form where you enter your time and details.
